Meet Our Pastor
Pastor Charles Whitaker has been our Pastor since September, 2006; but he was a faithful member of our
Church for many years prior to becoming our Pastor. His dedication to his Faith and to the Church is a strength
that benefits us all. Charles is married to a faithful and dedicated Christian lady named Shirley. She is a true blessing
to our Church. Charles and Shirley have been in the ministry for over thirty years.

Meet Our Sunday School Teachers
Janet
Tessener:
Janet teaches our Elementary Sunday School Class. It is important to give them a foundation based on
Christ; for they will be our Church of tomorrow. Great job Janet.
Rev. Jeff Dowell:
Jeff teaches our Teenage Sunday School Class. He does a great job of teaching, and is a wonderful role model
for our teens, as he has a heart-warming testimony to share.
Rev. David Tessener:
David teaches our Adult Sunday School Class. He sincerely loves to share the word of God, and has fun
doing so. What an inspiration he has been to our Church.

Meet Our Junior Church Teachers
Debbie Edwards:
Debbie is the Director of our Junior Church ministry, which includes children, ages 5-12. She has a
nuturing, child-like soul and is wonderful with children.
Michelle Carter:
Michelle is a teacher in our Junior Church. She has a background in Preschool education and really loves
our children.
Shirley Whitaker:
Shirley is another teacher in our Junior Church. She has over 30 years of experience with children's
ministry.
Janet Tessener:
Janet is also one of our Junior Church teachers. She is an instrumental part of this wonderful ministry
of our Church.
